GENERAL INFORMATION

We are an 18+ only shop, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We require a government-issued ID when you come for an appointment.

We Accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer, and Ethereum.

All appointments require a deposit of $100 that will go toward your appointment total.

Deposits are Non-refundable

A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit the deposit.

The deposit will be forfeited if rescheduling happens more than twice.

If you miss your appointment, we require another deposit to reschedule.

We do not send designs in advance of the appointment, changes can be made on the day of.

We answer emails during business hours, please note it may take a few days for a reply.

We offer a free consultation which is in person or over an Instagram call.

If you would like to book a consultation, having the above information is helpful.
We do our best to accommodate your requests but our artists will ultimately give their guidance to the best-suited composition, size, and placement so we ask for your flexibility and open-mindedness.

Our shop is still practicing covid procedures.

Masks are no longer required.

We still offer masks if you would prefer one. Some artists still wear a mask.

We no longer have a waiting area or lounge, so come on time, not early.
