GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We are an 18+ only shop, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • We require a government-issued ID when you come for an appointment.

  • We Accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer, and Ethereum. 

  • All appointments require a deposit of $100 that will go toward your appointment total. 

  • Deposits are Non-refundable

  • A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit the deposit. 

  • The deposit will be forfeited if rescheduling happens more than twice. 

  • If you miss your appointment, we require another deposit to reschedule. 

  • We do not send designs in advance of the appointment, changes can be made on the day of.

  • We answer emails during business hours, please note it may take a few days for a reply. 

  • We offer a free consultation which is in person or over an Instagram call.

  • Your general availability to schedule an appointment

If you would like to book a consultation, having the above information is helpful. 

We do our best to accommodate your requests but our artists will ultimately give their guidance to the best-suited composition, size, and placement so we ask for your flexibility and open-mindedness.

COVID RESTRICTIONS
Our shop is still practicing covid procedures. 

  • Masks are no longer required. 

  • We still offer masks if you would prefer one. Some artists still wear a mask.

  • We no longer have a waiting area or lounge, so come on time, not early.

  • Come alone, NO GUESTS.
